About Lumen & Quill

We make coloring books for slow evenings, rainy afternoons and the ten quiet minutes before bed.

Every book follows a small cast of animal friends through one gentle day. They open a tea shop. They tend a greenhouse. They bake before sunrise. The pages run in story order, so coloring them one after another is like reading a picture book you get to finish yourself.

Each design sits on its own page with a blank back. Every page is reviewed before a book goes out. The stories, the characters and their little worlds are ours.

A note from Rowan Vale

I wanted coloring books that feel like a warm room. You sit for a while with a hedgehog who runs a bakery, or an owl who sorts the village mail, and nothing is asked of you except a little color. A calm half hour is the whole point.
