Market Day Friends

Art Nouveau Coloring Book for Adults & Teens: A Cozy Newt and Dormouse Exploring a Cheerful Town Market

Fenn the newt and Poppy the dormouse are up early, because today is market day. They help hang the bunting by the market gates, then wander from stall to stall. Apples get weighed. Pastries get chosen with great care. There are honey jars to admire, a pickle barrel to peer into, and a balloon seller beside the wooden toys. When the midday bell rings, the friends share a sandwich on a picnic bench and scatter crumbs for the sparrows. A sudden sprinkle sends them under an awning. It soon passes. Next come soap bubbles, lanterns flickering on, and cotton candy on a sunset rooftop. Then there are coins to count, a cart to load, and a starlit walk home.

Every scene sits inside sweeping Art Nouveau curves and ornate frames, with delicate lines that suit a sharp pencil and an unhurried evening. Fill the stalls with your own colors, from pumpkin orange to berry purple.
